Busy all of the time.

They are busy all of the time and you have to call them for hours and still can't get hold of them.

They are brilliant. Better here since I moved to them. Same day face to face appointment. I had cancer and was referred over to Solihull hospital. Quick referral very good.
Can't look at rashes over the phone

Same complaint, not enough appointments. You wait 2 or 3 weeks for an appointment. They push for over the phone appointments but they can't look at rashes over the phone.
Pretty alright when getting appointment

Had to chase and reschedule midwife appointments because they have not arranged it. Pretty alright when getting appointment. For women’s issue got new prescription / medication but GP still dispensed old prescription. Feel like department don’t speak to each other or just pass the book.

They're very good, very good service. I can have an appointment the same day, it's going really well. I am very happy very happy with them. There's no long waits on the phones, it's all very good.

Really good, all the time can get appointments especially if it’s for the children. They are really good.
Had a good doctor

I wasn't sleeping. Had a good doctor but he had an accident. They gave me medication to help with my migraines etc but then I got another doctor and felt I was pushed from one service to another.
