Excellent care and support

Excellent care and support provided all the time. I can very easily get appointments for my 3 year old.
Difficult to get appointments

Very difficult to get an appointment and the GP has not helped me in sorting my housing issues for which I need letters and documentation.
Getting through on phone is difficult.

Everything is good apart from getting them on the phone. One time my urine samples were lost and so I had to give a fresh sample.

Good GP but challenging to get appointments

The GP is very good but booking an appointment is a big challenge all of the time. You have to call at 8:00am and when you call you are 41st in the queue.
I don't struggle to book appointments

They are nice. Really nice and booking me in for appointments wasn't that difficult. I've seen my friends struggle to book appointments but I don't struggle. They're very good.
Long waiting lists for Autism/ADHD assessment

I have registered with them and asked for an Autism/ADHD assessment but I've been told there is a long waiting list. I find it hard to explain and talk about my symptoms with professionals as I feel there is not an understanding. I can see them for appointments and the doctors are good.
Physical examination via the phone

GP's are supposed to do the physical examination face to face not during a phone call. Now a days most of the appointments are phone appointments. I want to see my GP face to face not on the phone.
Unhelpful reception staff

Very difficult to get an appointment on the phone. The phone lines are always busy and the reception staff are not helpful at all.
Helpful and very fast referral

The surgery staff are very helpful/. The GP listens to you and tries to provide full support at all times. They referred me to QE for further treatment very quickly.
