The GPs are great but getting an appointment is terrible. The reception never seem to answer the phone.

All good - except no continuity of care. Online form a bit clunky but response good. You have to take who's available - I would prefer to be able to see same GP as I have long term conditions.

Difficult to get a GP appointment

Difficult to get a GP appointment. Usually all appointments are gone before 8:15 am. Left waiting for phone to be answered for more than 10 minutes, by which time all appointments are gone.

Unhelpful, obstructive receptionist

Tried to get advice from a GP for a 4 week old. The receptionist, was unhelpful, obstructive, officious, sarcastic and overall rude!!

Telephone queuing system is nuts and sends you up and down the queue. All experienced reception staff have left. Gone downhill last two and a half years since being taken over. Poor

Horrible

Surgery manager put phone down on me while I was trying to log a complaint.
Said to send complaint in writing but gave no email address and I cannot find one on line.
Manager was rude and hostile...horrible service!!
