Treatment, staff and facilities are very good
no reply to phone calls all the time
Last year I was in ward 5 after eye operation and inward service was very poor. Nurses don't help due to staffing shortages.

Best care team but this building needs updating its more than 40 years old. I have been coming here for the last 20 years.

Filthy seats had not been wiped down
The children's toys were filthy and should be kept clean
Seen 2 times and took an hour, so not to bad.
Not too busy just the seats put me off because they were vile

Friendly staff.
Waiting time was long but clinic was busy so this was understandable.
Information should be given about the processes which are happening e.g. why are scans given etc.
All waiting rooms and examination rooms were kept nice and clean.
Only one member of staff was on reception which causes long queues for those registering.

Clean space with lots of chairs/toilets any services - restaurant, don't really like the food
Waiting time is 30 minutes
Good doctor - explains everything she does, she explains (can have flexible appointment)

Water facilities - lacking visibility
Areas that could be improved - reusable hospital cups for water to stop use of plastic ones.
They don't ask for feedback often

I attend the clinic for injections and have been attending for 3 years. Over the years the waiting times have reduced and I have recently being seen much nearer to the time of my appointment.
Its always busy here but I have found the injection staff and other nurses have been very friendly and helpful. Sometimes doctors are a bit standoffish but on the whole very good.

Every nurse and doctor should have a microphone in front of them when they are calling to be clear and louder. Waiting times should be in tolerance range e.g. under 1 hour anything above is not acceptable.
