Good communication and referred in time.

Brilliant. Referred to the paediatrician within the time frame I was told it would take and that has been good. I've had emails, texts, letters and phone calls about the appointment. Good communication in general too. Getting around the hospital is quite easy. Guidance given over getting a hospital passport so I wouldn't have to explain to every single professional his condition.

Kidney and Cardiology are both run well.

I come to outpatients clinics regularly for check ups. Kidney and Cardiology are both run well. Sometimes it can feel like it's a long time before we hear from them, so I feel like I have to get onto them to get an appointment. Both children see cardiology department and they get separate appointments but would be better for them to be seen on same day and will phone to get through to right person who will arrange an appointment for them both on the same day. I keep an eye on them to make sure nothing develops.

Really good hospital, helpful services.

Long wait for bloods. Waiting for kidney and liver transplant. Decided last year to go on the waiting list. Hospital has been really good since my daughter was young. They also look after and take care of daughters dental care too. Really good, helpful services.

Left not knowing what was going on.

Long wait in A&E twice and stuff. Was fine. I've come for an appointment at main outpatients. Weren't told which department just says main outpatients on the letters and texts. Last time we saw the surgeon they said 2 year old would need an operation and then did not explain anything further as the surgeon disappeared so left not knowing what was going on. Would have liked to have known what was going on.

Sent texts, emails and stuff. It's not far to get to. Good hospital and good staff. Good communication when we are here. We have used A&E and they have been good at helping us.

It's my second time. Really good. My dad brings me and he gets the things out of the vending machine. That's good, that's my favourite part and they ask me about food.

It's all been good. It took a couple of months to be referred on from GP. Sent texts and emails about appointments. Having surgery for a hernia so not sure what department we were seeing as it's the first visit, but all has been good so far.

Friendly staff, good follow up.

They're good. Staff are friendly, the follow up is good, they send us letter, text messages and emails about appointments etc, they're really good. Communication is useful with knowing what's what.
