We are sorry to hear that your operation was cancelled and that you had been nil by mouth for a long time. We understand cancelled operations are extremely frustrating and have a significant impact on our patients. Unfortunately sometimes our trust have to cancel operations as a last resort due to emergencies or unexpected challenges with staffing. We are glad that you had your procedure, although sorry to hear that you had a long waiting time of 3 hours before your surgery.
