Unacceptable waiting times for appointments

GP appointments are hard to get. If I want to get appointments for my children it is really difficult. Attitude of staff and receptionists poor - they don't know how to talk to people, they're just not nice. No point in having the NHS if can't access the system.
Receptionist is rude

The receptionist is rude and find it difficult to make appointments with GP. Once I see the GP, it's fine.
Have MH issues which receptionist are unaware of and therefore can come across as non-empathetic or lacking compassion.
