Very approcahable

The antenatal clinic has been okay. I have been seen on time. I am due a few more blood tests. I've had my whooping cough vaccine for a separate appointment but they were available today so have done it at same time. They always contact me before appointments and if there is anything I need to do in addition to my appointment. The staff are very approachable.

Helped me when I has morning sickness

I went to A&E and they rang GAU and they saw me when I had severe morning sickness and they were really good and they have been whenever I've had to go in.

The antenatal department has been fine so far. The first appointment was a bit long, having the scan and then running through history taken at booking and then again to check your on the right pathway. The 20 week scan ran smoothly, I was in there quickly and had results quickly. Today I haven't been waiting too long, it is all running on time. They do go into detail and explain everything quite well. I felt I could ask questions if needed.

It was really good at A&E and I didn't have to wait. No problems. I had an accident at work and they were very good with me.

Care was excellent, the waiting time wasn't.

I waited a whole year for an operation on my knee after an accident. I would call and they would say I was on the waiting list and they they would get in contact soon. I had to have my knee in a brace and when I had my operation struggle for over a year. The care when I had my operation was excellent however. It's just unacceptable waiting list times for an operation.
