Staff and cleanliness is fine, parkings hard

Parking is hard. The services are pretty good. I get texts for follow ups. It is easy to find. Staff and reception are fine and the cleanliness is fine.

Very poor communication

Most of the time when I come for an appointment I have to wait for a long time which is not good. The patient service communication is very poor, they need to improve this.

Excellent care on ward 8

I came to A&E with a chest infection and was sent to ward 8 where I was an inpatient for 2 months. The care I received on ward 8 was excellent.
