The food is horrible and not gluten free

Ward 8 staff are fine the food is horrible. I have been on the ward for the last few days. I have told them a number of times that I need gluten free food but they still get me the wrong food every time.

X-ray was easy

January 23, 2024
I found the x-ray unit easy. It's my first time here. I was supposed to receive a phone call today. They didn't call me. So I came to reception directly. I explained it to them and they booked me for an appointment. Yesterday I came to the A&E and they quickly sent me to the right unit.

Parking is difficult

January 23, 2024
I came here for an x-ray for my mom. It is hard to park. I came around 10:00am but my mom's appointment at 10:15am we were late for because of the parking issue. It is also hard to find wheelchairs sometimes too. My mom finds it hard to walk and gets short of breath.

Zero stars

The worst hospital I have ever been to. They did my knee replacement wrong and it had to be redone at the Royal Orthopaedic hospital. I would give them zero stars if I could.

I have used the A&E once or twice. It's very busy and very over run. The staff do what they can. I got seen eventually but was a very long wait. The hospital is helpful though and that is what it's all about.
