Good Hope Hospital

Been a patient here for over 15 years. It is 10/10. The NHS have saved my life 3 times. It's okay to navigate and I know all the departments well.

It's hard to find parking. I have been using the hospital for 5 years. Exactly good. Staff and hospital staff everyone. Only problem I have is I have to wait a long time for my consultant appointments.

It's hard to find parking, It's always bad. Waiting for over minutes. Sometimes it's up to 45 minutes. Sometimes the treatment clinic doesn't answer the phone. You have to wait a long time.

I have leg weakness, numbness and pins and needles for more than 2 years. I went to the QE, had MRI, nerve tests and they didn't find anything. It is getting worse and the doctor can't find anything. I've had no explanation. They didn't listen to me. No follow up either. I think it's probably circulation. I want to play golf again but this condition is getting worse. I need to fix this.

Parking is hard. The services are pretty good. I get texts for follow ups. It is easy to find. Staff and reception are fine and the cleanliness is fine.

I had a number of consultants at the gynaecological clinic. The consultant is amazing and very helpful and informative.

ENT clinic is run on time and I am always seen on time. The consultant is very helpful and listens to my concerns.

Most of the time when I come for an appointment I have to wait for a long time which is not good. The patient service communication is very poor, they need to improve this.

I was here for an appointment with the consultant about an echocardiogram. The appointment went well and everything was very well explained.

I came to A&E with a chest infection and was sent to ward 8 where I was an inpatient for 2 months. The care I received on ward 8 was excellent.
