Got through quite quickly. Some of the questions make you laugh as they are irrelevant but I guess their just doing their jobs.
They sorted me an appointment.

They said they were very busy at the Badger clinic when I called 111 at 5am. They said I should go to the nearest walk in clinic. They arranged for me to be seen at the walk in clinic but said it could be a wait but was given an appointment for 8.30.
A good service.

I've used them a few times and they're good but usually we just call for an ambulance. They will arrange this for him knowing my son's condition.

My daughter had a head bump and they advised I go to urgent care at Solihull. Got through to 111 quickly and they gave good advice.
Had to wait but got a referral

There was a bit of a wait but I did get through to them and they referred me onto the Badger clinic at Heartlands when I was having issues with my lower back and getting nowhere with the doctors.
Very helpful. Not too long to wait.

I had to call 111. Wasn't too bad of a wait and referred me onto out of hours service at the hospital. No appointment but just walk in service. It was very helpful.
They got an appointment for me.

Always been quite good. Always manage to get an appointment and things. When I contact them doesn’t take long to get through either.
