They referred us onto another service

They are good, didn’t take long to get through and they referred us onto another service and sorted us out. Often get sent to walk in centre or the A&E at children’s hospital.
I won’t be using them again

Ring them up 8pm and told them son wasn’t very well. Has autism, ADHD and they rang back at 4am and said take him to the GP in the morning. I won’t be using them again.

Alright, normally give good advice and send over to another service. They are good and always help.

Called them because my neighbor had a high temperature and was feeling unwell. It took 40 minutes for them to answer the call before telling me to make an appointment for GP the next day and to take paracetamol to keep the temperature ay bay.
Gave really insightful advice.

Called when my daughter had a high temperature and cough. Couldn’t get an appointment with GP. He called and waited a while for them to answer. The person I spoke to was helpful and gave really insightful advice.
Son was misdiagnosed

It's normally okay but one time my son had Meningitis and they misdiagnosed him and told us to keep him at home and keep an eye on him for 24 hours. I was then told it was meningitis and he was in hospital for over a week.
They were good - advised to go A&E

I had covid so I called them. My daughter was 2 weeks old and they told me to take her straight to A&E to be monitored. They were good.

Did call them for the baby, but in this case they advised us to go straight to A&E with him being so young and not feeding properly.

I wanted to know the safe dose for anti allergy for my 8 years old son, I called them at 8pm and they replied back by 2am, 6 hours later in the middle of the night and left a voice mail that didn't answer my question.

To get appointments for kids they are a fair service. They usually direct us to walk in centers. They are helpful. I don’t wait long on the phone. I fill out the form and they are quick to respond.
