As could'nt t get through to Dr they gave me another phone number & twice told walk in centre I would be coming.
They were very good

They were very good. Obviously had passed information to GP, who phoned when they didn't see us the next day.

Phones with severe dental pain, have me the advice to call out of hours practices no joy. Went through 4 days of torture literally beside myself no joy. Ended up calling QE after being advised NOT to by 101 went to the macs ward had it drained antibiotics job done. 111 was awful no help literally just kept saying find an out of hours yet no one could fit me in.
111 helped me greatly during the pandemic

Awful, listen to a voice message for 5 minutes about covid and after speaking to a receptionist, then waiting for a call back from a nurse level staff member and then getting a call back from a doctor ... 5 hours the service is a complete waste of time and many in the medical profession have said the same to me

I have had several conversations with NHS 111 when determining whether injuries necessitate immediate hospitalisation or via GP for my family. All times the NHS 111 have been polite and very accurate in their help and thus a blessing for me and my family.
