Really good. You get same day appointments if it's an emergency and they give call backs to see if you are okay, so they always follow up. They are excellent.
Rude reception team

Very difficult to get an appointment. They don't pick or answer the phone. The reception team members are very rude and unhelpful.
Reception ask personal questions.

Always a long wait on the phone and there is no patient, doctor confidentiality. Reception staff ask too many personal questions.

Care from the community midwife here has been very good. She is very friendly and gives you everything you need.

The receptionists are rude and take a long time to answer the phones. I struggle to get appointments and they don't tell you to go anywhere else.
