Nursing staff is very helpful, doctors have very good communication skills. Reception staff is rude.
Problems Booking Appointments

Whenever I try to book an appointment over the phone, The lines are always busy and when we do get through there are no appointments available or they say a doctor can ring you back and that is usually a long wait. If you have children and you are working then it is hard to see someone - a doctor or nurse - and that is really frustrating and as a result you could get more sick by not being seen.

I've been with the the doctors since I was born. It's always there when I need it.
To improve it there could be more late opening and maybe weekends.
