Since covid it's bad.

Since covid it's gone bad. It is not just me there are more people that are unhappy with this GP practice. Difficulty is with appointments. You phone and no one ever answers. 8:05am and it's "everything's finished" Receptionist ask about what the appointment is for. It's personal, I am not telling a receptionist what is wrong. My friends feels the same.

Needed an appointment and was offered a face to face or call, very friendly receptionist even helped sort out a medication problem. Great practice

Easy to get an appointment. Same day given. Morning times can take a while.

Not good, we don’t use them very often but would struggle if we needed an appointment.

Hard to get an appointment and support from the service and waiting times are long.

No trouble at all. If you say you need to speak to somebody or see somebody face to face they can see you in a couple of days if it’s not urgent. They do my medication review and need to check my blood pressure, happy to wait a couple of days.
Nice and cooperative.

They're okay, very nice, cooperative, friendly. I can call them and get appointments with them. Very nice.
Telephone appointments by deafult

A lot less easier than it used to be. Used to be able to ring up and get an appointment in a day or 2, now most appointments are telephone appointments by default. You have to go through additional hoops to get face to face appointments.

They've been brilliant, really good. Several fantastic doctors. Phone appointments quite easily, fast appointments and they prioritise children and elderly parents.
