The staff were terrible and unsupportive.

They treated me badly. I asked for help after the operation and the support was not there. The staff were terrible. The training staff were better than the normal staff. I struggled post surgery and all they said was take paracetamol.

Didn't give me my results

Three x-rays. They never told me I had arthritis and they never shared the results.

Waiting for a follow up.

I was referred back to the spinal department. I saw a doctor and went through x-rays. They said I had stenosis. I am waiting for a follow up.

They were nice

I've been a couple of times. My husband was treated for skin cancer there. If you treat them they way you want to be treated they treat you the same way. They were nice.

It's a good small hospital

Testing used to be done for allergies at dermatology but I don't have to go there now as it's all been transferred to Heartlands. It's a good small hospital.

The security are rude but hospital is good.

I had breast cancer and I have check ups every year. They are okay there. The only problem I have is the security people, I find them really rude. Their mannerisms and the way they treat patients without knowing what they are going through.

I had a stent changed in 2022. They were really good. They have moved their services to Heartlands which is fine.

Scans were alright.

I had an x-ray on my back. It was alright, not that bad. They have now sent me an appointment for a hip scan as I am having issues.
