I go to oncology every 6 months, they're good. They do tests and follow up. Very good.

I was called within 2 days of my GP appointment to be given an X-ray appointment the following week.

I got lucky and was given an appointment at an appropriate time.

I attended a recent scan appointment at Solihull Hospital. The appointment went well, I was seen quickly and the staff were great. The problem was the parking it was very difficult and I had to keep leaving and re-entering the carpark which was very stressful.

I had a cancer procedure carried out at Solihull Hospital. The staff were brilliant. The procedure went well and I was satisfied with the service I received.

I was referred to Solihull Hospital for a liver scan. The appointment came through quickly and went well. I also received my results very quickly too which was very pleasing.

I have been under the gastro team at UHB and have attended appointments at Solihull and Heartlands Hospitals. I experienced long waits between appointments, which was often 6 months. I also had a long wait for results and it took several months to be told that I needed a liver scan. Communication was generally poor and needs to be improved.

I was referred to the cardiology department at Solihull Hospital. I was pleased with the service I received, appointments went well and I had an ECG. The problem is that I have not received any results, no follow up appointment and nothing in writing. Communication has been poor and the only thing that I have received is a discharge letter without any explanation.

I attended a recent rheumatology appointment at Solihull Hospital. I was unable to park in a disabled bay, or the car park and had to park on a residential street and use my blue badge. I do have mobility issues and it was a long walk back to the car after having a steroid injection in my knee. The appointment itself went fine.

I was very late being seen today by the gastro team. Appointment went fine otherwise.
