I was treated well

Went for injection for neuralgia in face. I went all the way to Solihull to get the injection. Everything was okay, was far to go but I was treated well.

So good, why can't all services be like them

I go every 6 months from an injection to stop me from getting osteoarthritis. They're very good to me, I have no problems with them. They're nice as anything, ward 9 are lovely. They're so good there, why can't all services be like that.

Nice hospital - they don't fob you off!

Pre-op was great. I feel stronger. It's a nice hospital, it's like a private hospital. They speak to you and don't fob you off.

Well organised and good communication

We used to attend the allergy clinic and it was very well organised. It's only a small hospital but the staff are great and there's good communication.

Had an appointment not long ago. All was good. straight to ward. I don’t know why we are here because Heartlands is just by my house. They should send you to nearest hospital and not have to travel. But staff were very good and professional.

They were nice

They were nice. The service was good. Moms in and out of the hospital a lot but always kind to her and she is just happy to have appointments and see them.

The system needs to be improved

Park on road, ticket system for phlebotomy appointment needs to be improved. You have to wait for some time, the system needs to be improved.

Very supportive

The team at Solihull were second to none when my husband was nearing the end of his life. They were very supportive and told us about services available to us as a family to help us all as a unit.

Good at making arrangements

I spent most of my recovery time after coming out of a coma at this hospital. They provided an occupational therapist to come out to find out and assess what I needed in my home. The staff in the hospital were good and arranged for me to have a phone so I could communicate with my family.
