Referred me for scans

Wouldn't see me

I went to the minor injury unit and the nurse said I couldn't get seen for a head injury and told me to go to an A&E. She didn't even look at it. When we arrived the reception staff rude and didn't stop their conversation when we were waiting at the desk.

Great staff at x-ray

I went to x-ray to have a check to see if everything is okay for me to go on a new medication. It's a good and quick service. They talk well to the other departments. Great staff.

Very good and efficient

Very good. Very efficient at blood tests. The staff are on the ball and you don't have to wait long for results so treatment is never delayed.

I like the hospital

I like the hospital. They are supposed to see me regularly at rheumatology but I haven't seen them since 2022. They did get me an appointment within a week of referral which was good.

Should have cancelled the appointment

I turned up for a rheumatology appointment and I was handed to someone else as my doctor wasn't there. They didn't know what I was on about as they needed to do other tests. They had to ask me what I was there for. They should have called me and cancelled my appointment instead.
