Everything is very well planned.

I had my surgery done at Solihull hospital. My stay here as an inpatient was good and everything was very well planned.

Volunteers here are annoying.

First time we came it was running late, the next time it ran on time. The volunteers are annoying and grabbed me by the arm. They don't let you find your way.

Marvellous follow up.

I had a follow up for my oesophagus last week and they were marvellous. I had a tube monitor fitted for 24 hours to monitor the swelling.

They treated me like royalty.

I go for infusions for osteoporosis. It's a brilliant service. I was waited on hand and foot. They are brilliant there. I was treated like royalty. I had a one to one nurse that looked after me. It was so good.

Not helpful and long waits

I can't go there for myself as it's a long wait there and they aren't as helpful when you are sent to urgent care by the doctor.
