They're so so

They're so so. They sometimes help. Sometimes they don't have appointments and then you have to go to 111 or the pharmacy for help. The doctor is good when I see him.
Awful, no privacy as I need mom

They're awful for getting me an interpreter. My mom always has to help me and she's not a high level BSL. So I would have to tell mom if I wanted to go to a private appointment which is wrong. There is no privacy

It's easy to get appointments, had to make another one as they insist on one appointment per person per issue. I am happy with them though.
Waiting times were long.

They were rubbish and they made me change GP because I lived too far from them. The waiting times for your appointments always ran very late.
They're alright

It's alright, they lost my children's records and I had to take my support worker and EHCP to get registered there. I worry what happened to the missing notes. Other than that they have been alright with making appointments when we need them.

The GP is good. Excellent, very good. They are helpful to my whole family.

They're pretty good. I can get appointments and the midwife is really helpful there. My sister had a baby not long ago and I have the same midwife. She is brilliant.

I am happy with getting an appointment with the GP practice. They treat me well. I like the services provided. The only issue is it takes quite a time to see the GP.
Lack of communication and slow.

It's very hard to get an appointment. Very slow, that is the biggest issue. There is a lack of communication.
