Excellent, well organised and efficient

Parked ok. Well signposted, dealt with efficiently and vaccine administered with minimum fuss.

Doctors are great and friendly

Excellent Doctors, even though I live out of area. I would not change it. They accept out of area patients

The receptionists are not very friendly

I had my COVID-19 injection here and it was very quick and efficient

The doctors don’t seem to take anything seriously, I feel I am always fobbed off and not seen or heard about by issues. Pandemic has caused so much issues nothing seems to be moving forward. Still in pain and waiting referral for scan a year later.

The doctor's surgery is an absolute joke. I was told by the doctor on a phone appt that I would be booked in for an emergency appt on the coming saturday, The receptionist called back at the end of the day and arranged for an appt, I turned up at the surgery on saturday only to be fobbed of and told to go to the surgery upstairs by the gentleman at reception before he even took my details. After a little back and forth he finally decided to look into my details and advised me that the appt was actually booked for 3 weeks in the future.

Hard to get appointments. Doctors are reluctant to give medication, ask you to buy over the counter.
