The Slieve Surgery

It's okay, I don't go that often. I call to make appointments. They listen and help. They are good with my daughter as well.

I would rate them 8 out of 10.

Been there 3 times in the last 6 months. I'm satisfied with everything. They call me if there are any cancellations. The staff are friendly and when I need a referral everything is done smoothly.

The only thing I don't like is the difficulty in getting an appointment. I forget my last one booked in as it was 2 months away.

It's not too bad I suppose, because of my conditions I can go there and they will say I can go back the next day or the same day if there are any cancellations. I always go in as they see me there and then.

Sometimes I can get appointments and sometimes I can't. They send texts and emails which is good. They send my prescriptions quickly too.

They're good, I like them. I usually just go down as the surgery opens to make an appointment which works well for me. They have an online system but I won't use it.

They aren't taking any condition seriously. I went with chest pain and asked me to go to A&E.

It's good, I can get appointments on the same day. The service is good.

They are okay but I don't use them that often. The issue is the physician associates and them making appointments to see them and not a doctor and them not telling you. It's dangerous replacing GPs. You should be given an option on who you want to see. They referred me after a smear within 2 weeks which was good. I don't mind telephone conversation appointments either.
