They aren't taking any condition seriously. I went with chest pain and asked me to go to A&E.

It's good, I can get appointments on the same day. The service is good.
They referred me quickly.

They are okay but I don't use them that often. The issue is the physician associates and them making appointments to see them and not a doctor and them not telling you. It's dangerous replacing GPs. You should be given an option on who you want to see. They referred me after a smear within 2 weeks which was good. I don't mind telephone conversation appointments either.

Really good and know them very well. I know what to say to get appointments so I do not struggle in that sense. My nephew called last week and they told him there were no appointments even though he had previously been in hospital. I called them back, explained everything and they gave him one straight away.
They wouldn't see me

I phoned the GP for an appointment as I was suffering with back pain that was awful. I couldn't drive or anything. They wouldn't see me and it got worse. I ended up calling an ambulance and going to A&E
Shocking and horrible.

I am deaf and disabled. Went to ask about my registration. I wasn't shouting or swearing. Instead of listening to me kept saying go away go away. And called police. Waste of police time. I am seeking legal advice and what reason receptionist gave to police. I am 74 yrs old worked in NHS for 30 yrs. I wasn't threatening or carrying a knife. Same time I had Asthma attack. Other staff kept looking at me including staff nurse. Went back to my old surgery and GP treated me there then. The reason I was registering with surgery as it is walking distance. Some days due to disability cannot drive. I definitely need answers for why I was treated like this. Also my daughter in law worked there under the previous provider. Also daughter is consultant at local hospital who manages whole department. They were shocked and upset

The only problem I have is there are never any appointments when you call. They say call back the next day and there are never any. They will try to give you an appointment within 24 hours to meet targets but after that they really don't care. The GPs are good when you do see them. The receptionists need training to recognise emergencies. Also they say they will give you call back and then tell you to call at 1PM. They don't call back. You waste time waiting around.

I can get an appointment whenever needed. The reception team is excellent.
Improvement is needed to get an appointment.

The GP is good but the system to get appointments needs improvement.
Hard to get appointment over the phone

It's hard to get an appointment over the telephone and get an appointment face to face. I've found an appointment can be made easier if the individual is coming to collect and item for someone else.
