I can get an appointment whenever needed. The reception team is excellent.
Improvement is needed to get an appointment.

Hard to get appointment over the phone

It's hard to get an appointment over the telephone and get an appointment face to face. I've found an appointment can be made easier if the individual is coming to collect and item for someone else.

Didn’t like at all

Didn’t like at all, booked for vaccination month in advance but it was cancelled and told to book private appointment for vaccination, I pay my taxes so why should I have to pay privately. I didn’t.
The system does not work

The system does not work, can call for appointment at 8am and they can only offer appointment for up to 2 weeks in advance, I just have to keep calling them until I get an appointment.
Receptionist lacks skill

The telephone system is down and receptionist lacks skill.
Never see a Dr, always a nurse or pharmacist.

When the old GPs were there you knew who you were seeing and didn't mind waiting. Now you never speak to a GP and when you do it's a locum!
Not good, No appointments

They're not good at the moment, there's no appointments. Physically can't get an appointment. I have to physically go here to get one. I don't even know who my named GP is.
Service gone downhill

Variable and inconsistent. The service has gone downhill. I had to go in to ask who my named GP was.
