I collapsed and it took 45 minutes before the paramedic help reached me in the city centre.

Mom was brought in by ambulance. Quick to turn up. Communicated really well. They were fantastic actually.

They came out and checked baby after being born at home. Took 20 minutes to come. They took them to Midland Met after.
Came out straight away

They came straight away. He was having a stroke and they took him straight to A&E.

They came out pretty much straight away because I was having chest pains. They came and did tests and took me straight to A&E. They were sound and took good care of me.

The ambulance arrived quickly and the paramedics were excellent. They made me comfortable before transporting me to the hospital.

The ambulance arrived quickly, the paramedics were very good and I was transferred to the hospital in good time.
