Bless the staff
December 10, 2024
I waited 5 hours on the floor for an ambulance to come. I didn't have my phone but I had my emergency lanyard around my neck that was able to call emergency services. When they finally got to me they took me to the hospital but then we had to wait for a further 5 hours on the ambulance. Bless the staff though, they were so good and one gave me their phone to watch whilst I was waiting.
Thank you

I waited for 4 hours for an ambulance for my 2 year old. They did checks on him and decided to take him to hospital. I wasn't given an option on which hospital, but I didn't care I just wanted him to be seen and get help for him. They were very good.
