The came quickly to the GP surgery and took me to A&E

I waited for 4 hours in the ambulance as there were 12 ambulances waiting to get into the hospital. They were professional and kept me informed as to what was going on.

Careline called them and they arrived within minutes. The staff were excellent and I had a really good laugh with them.

They came really quick and the paramedics were kind and professional.

They took me to the QE but they were too busy.

They took him quickly and were very helpful.

When I try to get an ambulance they say I can't get one.

My 12 year old daughter was run over a few months ago and one ambulance came but another had to come out because of the nature of the break. The paramedics had a good sense of humour, good attitude and kept everything calm. The second ambulance brought more medication and took her straight to A&E. Thank you for the care and support.

Perfect, really good. They called me to say that my daughter had been in an accident and I got there and they were really great. They did everything they needed to at the scene. They gave her medication and kept her stable, then they blue lighted her to the Children's.

They came to my home very fast. Very good.
