Very good but a long wait
August 22, 2024
I collapsed at home and waited from 5PM until until 3AM in the morning with a heart issue. When they arrived they were very good. Took me straight to A&E.

A 4 hour delay which I don't mind as I know they're stretched. They were absolutely great and I can't moan. They do help you.

My friend called for an ambulance. They came every so quickly. Three nice, gorgeous lads came and took me to the hospital. Excellent care was given and they were ever so lovely. Really took care of me.

Really good but I phoned at 3PM and they came at 3AM in the morning. They brought me straight to hospital as they couldn't take me anywhere closer to home at the ambulance discretion.
They booked me at crisis but needed A&E
July 17, 2024
An ambulance took me to majors and booked me in crisis after I had a mental health episode but also had hurt my head. I had a bad head injury and they then decided I should be taken to A&E so they took me there.
They kept my husband calm.

The ambulance came within 20 minutes. They were calm and kept my husband calm. They did an ECG in the ambulance and said he needed to go into the hospital and took him straight away. I think it was good they kept him calm and acted on it as he could have had a heart attack and would have been much worse.
