My wife fell on the evening and called an ambulance at 8:30pm they didn't arrive until 3:45am.

The community team came out to assess my wife's condition and ended up taking her to hospital as she had sepsis.
The came out straight away.

The came straight away to the GP practice. They did my obs and said I would really need to go to hospital. The staff were really good. Absolutely sound.

The came out quickly when I was having breathing problems. They checked me over and gave me oxygen. They thought it was best to take me to hospital as my blood pressure was low.

I waited for 4 hours in the ambulance as there were 12 ambulances waiting to get into the hospital. They were professional and kept me informed as to what was going on.

Careline called them and they arrived within minutes. The staff were excellent and I had a really good laugh with them.
