Came quickly. Good communication.
September 26, 2023
The ambulance came out quite quickly. Good at communicating about what's going on and I got to hospital quickly. Even though I'd ask to bring my son to the children's hospital they would usually bring us to City hospital as they know his care.

Wrong medicines were given, had a reaction and they come out quickly and were excellent. He didn’t need to go to hospital, didn’t consider it an emergency.
Took 15 minutes to come

Took 15 minutes to come and take me to the Women’s hospital. Paramedic tried to contact triage and only got through just as we got to the hospital. They were shocked at how long it took. They were good and reassured me as much as they could.

Called in on 111, during covid, he was seizing and they arranged for them to come out. They come out quickly and by the time they came he was seizing badly. They sorted him and got him to hospital quickly.

They were OK, came quickly to pick us and leave us at A&E.
Built up a relationship with my daughter
August 7, 2023
Chased them 2 hours after calling and said they had lost details of original call, police had no one to send out to us. It took them 6 hours to come out. The paramedics were amazing and built up a relationship with my daughter. The paramedics felt they had a duty of care and couldn't leave my daughter at home. Worcestershire hospital said they wouldn't take her and A&E wouldn't take her on the children's ward.
They were wondeful.

The ambulance technician recommended a home visit from a GP and they never did it. An ambulance came out and they felt she didn't need a visit to the hospital. They were called out again and she ended up going to the hospital. They were wonderful. They told me they'd wait for me at the hospital with mom.

4 hour wait for ambulance
July 5, 2023
My son has asthma but since covid, it's gotten worse. NHS 111 told me to ring for an ambulance as I explained his symptoms and told them he was asthmatic. When I got through to them, they told me it would be a 4 hour wait for an ambulance.
