Booking appointment is trouble,

Booking appointment is trouble, poor service. Booked appointment for test and didn’t get back the test results. The staff are not nice. The service is awful. Had to change GP to get proper treatment and service.

They're alright, easily can get appointments. They have a good selection of appointment and usually within a few days.

Fine, can’t get appointments and can’t get through.

If you get in you are told to go because they are fully booked and no one is in the surgery.

Got more chance of seeing the pope. They were warned by the government. You can ring and be 48th in the queue but then you get through and they've got no appointments. They're useless. I can see us going to a private healthcare system.

Ok but Covid has been issue, can’t get appointment for love nor money. Rest of the world got back to normal way can’t GP’s do the same. Appointments are struggle to get.

1:1 support even though unable to have face to face appointments dr has ensured she is available to discuss my concerns rather than having to reopen and retell to various drs, she showed considerable compassion
