Good communication

Ward 8 liver team absolutely fantastic. Good communication between Bristol gastro team and children’s hospital. Have endoscopy done every 6 months. Key workers and support workers to help with daughter’s anxiety. Very supportive.
Great communication

Daughter is in intensive care for 9 months. Great communication about daughters care. She wouldn’t be alive without there support. She was born in New Cross hospital than transferred to children’s by kids ambulance. They communicate very well.
Staff are friendly

It’s alright. Staff are friendly always really nice. Bloods every week. Can wait a couple of hours even though you have an appointment. You get there and you have to get a ticket for blood text, so it’s like they are having two systems. I see liver consultant and bloods liver clinics every month.
Brilliant

Brilliant we only have to go every year or so. Daughter was diagnosed with cancer in femur and had chemo at the hospital. As it did not work they decided to amputate and she had the operation at ROH.

SALT and Cranial Synostosis – orthopedics – Brilliant. Used to go here with son but he has now been discharged. They are brilliant service with helpful staff never had any issue, we were happy with them.

I think they are great used to have special needs nurse. Have to come out to help you but that’s stopped now. Both boys appointments tied in to each other which is 4 hours appointments. They put us in room and they accommodate us for Nephrology, euro dynamics and X-ray.

Heart condition, brilliant seen once a year. Always lovely with him. He enjoys going out as it feels a day out. They make him feel comfortable which is all you can ask for.

The consultant is very friendly and explains everything very well. I have the treatment I needed which was not given in other hospital.
