City Hospital

Okay. My daughter broke her arm and they were not very good. Long waits in A&E so we weren't seen for 6-8 hours. They didn't let us know what was going on.

My friend had a fall. He got in touch with me and an ambulance came and took him to City Hospital. He was seen quickly by orthopaedics and was put in a neck brace and they said he could go home but he was being sick. The physiotherapist came to see him and said he wasn't well and organised for him to be moved to a ward. The staff in A&E didn't introduce themselves and were quickly in and out when they came to see him. On the ward he was moved to, the staff were really friendly, really good. However, my friend had a further diagnosis, and they told him thus when he was by himself, not when he had family around.

Pretty reasonable, happy with service and staff.

Good. GP booked appointment for me and they checked my chest. They were good.

Palliative care team was good. Moved three times in the hospital. She would say where is my daughter. 3:30am moved mum back to care home. Shouldn’t have done that.

They admitted me for 3 days. They do a good job, they don’t help me. they have to know what’s going on with the children.

Had two glaucoma surgeries on her eyes. I think right eye is not working properly.

I had my knees done here, was in and out the same day, they can do it.

It's okay, just okay. Staff are fine, brilliant consultants, they're lovely. You wait there longer than you would at the Children's. The buildings nasty, its run down. Have people lying all over the chairs that shouldn't be there.

It's okay, but the night staff were not very nice. I was in there for 5 days after having my son. My son pood when he was born and had an infection. I was told by the day staff to not leave him when I went to the toilet and to buzz if I needed them. When I did buzz for the staff, She told me don't use it, it's for emergency only. I found them not good. I did not like my stay. The night staff were very very careless.
