Can only discuss one issue

It was hard to get appointments before but now they have an app it's much easier. It takes a while for an appointment to get blood work done though. Also you can only talk to the GP about one issue each time.

Appointments are impossible to get

I'm not happy. Booking appointments is near impossible. They just tell me to call again.

Can often get same day appointments for children. Never had a problem with them.
Waiting two years for ADHD assessment

The service is up to standard. The GP referred me for an ADHD assessment and I have been waiting 2 years.
They need more staff

They are trying to help but they need more staff, new doctors and nurses.

I had measles jabs there, one last week and one a couple of months ago. The GP is brilliant. They are excellent. I can get an appointment, no bother. Absolutely brilliant.
Receptionists are gatekeepers

Doctor referred in November 2023 and had an appointment in February 2024. There is no continuity of care. You never see the same doctor twice. It's not a good service. The receptionists are gatekeepers.
Tricky to get appointments, care is faultless

Tricky to get an appointment. You call at 8AM and can't get through. You go into the practice and there is a queue out of the door and only a few slots available. When you do get through and get an appointment the care is faultless it is just getting appointments that's the problem.
