Easy to make a check up appointment

Don't go that often. I'm type 2 diabetic and they call me every 6 months for a diabetes check which is easy to make.
Can only go online to book in

I used to have the injections at the GP but they never had regular clinics and I wasn't confident with it. Useless in making appointments there. You can't walk in or phone you have to go online.

The GP found the cancer 10 years ago and I can access them when I need an appointment. They always ask how I'm doing.
Very efficient and referred me quickly

Having issues with my joints and they sent me on quickly to a physiotherapist and an x-ray. Very efficient, they listen and don't rush you.
Awful. I ended up leaving

Awful. I could never get an appointment and see the same GP twice. I had an ECG and they lost the results so I ended up leaving.
Horrendous

Horrendous. Never get appointments, they just tell you to call back. Or to go to a walk in.
Sent me to the hospital

I went to them as my fingers weren't getting better. They told me to go back to the hospital.

Diagnosis and treatment is poor

I had been told I had pseudo gout over 6 months ago and been told if it returned to see GP straightaway!! Chemist confirmed it was back and I needed to see GP. I went to GP and told them what the chemist had said I needed to see GP and got an appt. Some hours later on seeing GP was told I had 3 different types of bone disease! news to me!! GP gave me gel and told me if/when it came back to phone with a picture and they would give me more gel. Well gel doesn't work in fact very painful to use so I'm just coping with this best possible.
They're a nightmare

They're a nightmare. I can't get through to them to get an appointment and there is no other way to get through to them. It's hard service to access.
