There are no appointments even if you try to call them 100 times. They don't answer the phone.

Hard to get appointments

Don’t like that they ask what is wrong with you when you try to book an appointment. It is worse since covid, often no appointments left and sent to UTC. Even when you do get an appointment it can be weeks away.
Resolve issues quickly.

It's good there. It's easy to get an appointment. The midwife is very friendly and kind. I like very much. They make me feel very happy.

Lovely over there, the only thing is you can't get appointments. But when it comes to GPs, reception staff, they're lovely.
Can't book appointments in advance

It's difficult to get an appointment since covid. Almost impossible. I got told no one was available and to call again at 8AM. I can't book one in advance.

Good but tough to make appointments. They say to call the next day. For up to a week. If a child is under 3 they will refer to Summerfield.
