Rubbish. I can’t get appointments, they say that they will call back and they don’t.

It’s hit and miss. Can’t get appointments. Seems to wait for ages.

No appointment at all for my son who has mental health issues.

Lots of delays but they have been good.

I have been trying to see a G.P. for several weeks with a rash on my leg first it was phone consultation I couldn't send photo I haven't a smart phone, then when I did get 2 appointments because the thing wasn't responding to treatment they were with a trainee and a paramedic

Can’t get an appointment and biggest challenge is to get past reception team.

Since COVID it has not properly opened. Its very hard to see a doctor.

Zero star for them. They didn't see me face to face for at least 8 weeks, which is horrible.

They will not give face to face appointments out, just direct you to the hospital. Telephoning for an appointment you can be on the phone for up to 50 minutes. Then the doctor will ring back after a few hours and you get a 4 minute consultation. Its disgusting how they are treating their patients. They are puting extra pressure on the nhs and patients are DYING, due to their lack of care.

Terrible services. No appointments and they don’t pick telephone at all.
