The referral wait is frustrating

My daughter was referred on for infections in the throat and sinus. We waited 3 years for a referral from the GP. They did another referral and the hospital said they didn't get it. It is so frustrating.
They ask me a lot of questions

They don't talk to me and they ask me a lot of questions. The nurse is meant to come out to do a diabetic review but the GPs will send a text message to tell us to book it when they know we have something coming up.
Hard to get appointments

It's difficult to get an appointment and you have to wait ages when you do get one. It takes too long to get the result of the test to be reviewed by the doctor I am diabetic and I just have to keep following up with them.
The GPs, receptions and service are all good.

They are good and the service is okay. The reception staff are good. The doctors are good but you may not be able to see the same doctor. You don't always get an appointment and the wait on the lines can be long. That part is difficult.

The service is very slow. I cannot get appointments on time. The doctors are good here.

They are rubbish. Absolutely terrible. It took me over 5 weeks to get an appointment.

Very slow in giving appointments, test results and advice. They take ages to do things right.
I have changed my GP

I changed my GP and pharmacy from here as I couldn't get an appointment. They used to have a lovely doctor until she retired. I waited 6 weeks for an appointment and then they cancelled on the day. So I ended up leaving.
It's useless seeing them so I go to A&E.

Firstly you don't get an appointment and secondly if you do get one they are of no help. It's useless to see them. I go to A&E straight away.

Very kind and helpful staff. The only challenge is to get an appointment when needed.
