Everything's fine

It's okay, had a scan, everything's fine. Explained things whilst they were doing it. First time today I'm not waiting a long time.

This is a very good service, I've been in this hospital from the pregnancy of my first child which was in 2014, very supportive, helpful, respectful and kind, all the staff at Birmingham Women's Hospital.

Forgotten about me

More than an hour waiting and they had forgotten about me. They said there was an error in the appointment and that I am not on the list.
First time it’s happened

Women have been waiting here for an hour, don’t know what’s going on, supposed to be waiting for doctor but they are taken everyone else. Interactions with doctor are okay but long waits. First time it’s happened never had to wait this long before it’s the lack of communication.

It’s great, I think it’s as good as usual, no long wait. Every examination is going smoothly. Very happy with the service.
Bad peoples skills

Radiographer was horrendous, bad peoples skills. Waiting times have been fine not comfortable asking questions.
Nurses are friendly

Good, nurses are friendly and I am comfortable if I have a concern. Nice and fair waiting times, I am always late but they never mind.
I trust them

Whenever you have a problem they will sort it out, I trust them. Work with quite a few nurses and doctors they work closely so all know what’s going on. Sometimes a wait but that is expected.
Amazing experience

Amazing experience, pregnant women get treated better. Will always get what you need, lots of regular checks. GP’s will refer if not available.
