Hit and miss

Hit and miss – waiting year and a half for appointment because there was an issue in getting an appointment. I chased it up and was given an appointment quite quickly. Didn’t have to go through GP for a referral again. Initially came in through A&E as we couldn’t get an appointment but then found out she has a rare genetic disorder. This was during COVID when couldn’t see GP. Now we are under the ROH and see various departments.

Really good experience, staff were really friendly and helpful. Quick efficient service and was asked to share my views on the family and friends survey, which I think is really positive. Was called in quick even though I was little late due to parking, consultant asked if I understood the information he was giving to me. Their consultants upload and update the digital letters on the NHS app really quickly, in fact its straight away. Would recommend going.

Worse experience of my life. Hate the hospital. Midwifes need more training.

Good in general, waiting can take a while but apart from that It’s all good. Definitely give me information and appointments are sent via the app. Feel you build a rapport with midwifes.

They have always been really fine and communicate well about the appointments by letters & phone calls and badger app.

Been okay. Quite difficult to get hold of community midwife. You can waiting for hours in triage.

Fantastic hospital. I think it’s marvellous at gynaecology, did a scan. The scan lady was lovely. I don’t know why people complain.

Not too bad, not waited too long. Ten minutes appointments usually when I come for couple of hours but today I came for scan which was quite quick.
Whole process works well

Its alright, whole process works well. Staff sometimes not kept up to date about everything and send letters about appointments.
