Didn't understand the idea of separating us

Was asked to wait in cafe area due to covid restriction while wife waited in the Scan waiting room. The cafe area was very busy and was unable to keep a 2 meter distance. I was unsure what was going on until wife phoned to say that they could go into the scan. Didn't understand the idea of separating us

Everyone was so friendly and helpful. I asked a member of staff at the front door where Ward 2 was and she took me there. So nice
So need better and clear communication

Was set to get blood test. BT department sent me back to Gynaecology saying they can do it. Went back and fourth. With no joy of getting a blood test. 10 mins later the blood test department did a blood test on me. So need better and clear communication

The ladies toilets were dirty

The ladies toilets were dirty. Reported to a cleaner but they didn't seam to bothered. on way out I did see them cleaning toilets but they shouldn't get to them states.
