Thank you for pointing our that we always give our patient the choice of a face to face or telephone consultation. So many of our patients find the telephone consultations much more convenient for them due to work commitments.

Remember, you can also use the Vconsult to book an appointment, instead of having to call the surgery early

Thank you for leaving your feedback, we read all reviews and always take on board any suggestions on how we can improve our services.

Many of the services we provide are accessible online, however, our phone lines and our doors will always remain open to patients that prefer to book appointments this way.

We have a duty to ensure our services are available to everyone via a medium of their choice. Lots of our patients will only use online services but we will never exclude patients that prefer to book via calling the surgery or in person.

If you are able, can you come into the surgery and speak to one of the receptionists, who will be more that happy to get you an appointment. You can also phone the surgery from 08.30am.
We appreciate the phone lines can be busy at times, but we have a number of receptionists taking calls so the queue does move quickly.

I hope my explanation has been of some help and of course you’re more that welcome to come into the surgery if you wish to discuss the matter further with me.
