Good when I have appointment with them

Good when I have appointment with them. Good staff and doctors. They are more accessible through the Livi App and tell their patients to use this to get appointment quicker.

Good, really good. Able to get appointment, they're really good. I go online and put in my symptoms and you can send photos and the next day someone will send a message with information on what to do next.
Can get same day appointments

Sometimes they're alright, other times can get an appointment. I call at 8am and can get an appointment on that day. They ask me whether I want a face to face or over the phone appointment.

No help or information provided from the GP's about Polycystic ovary syndrome, they just expect me to speak with a gyneacologist rather than them.
Impossible to book to see a doctor.

I always receive excellent service and feel looked after. I 've had GPs calling me couple of time in a day and after 6pm to prescribe prescription when I had emergency time sensitive issue. I would hate it if I ever had to move.

Brilliant care. Can get appointments, no issues. Staff, receptionists and GP's are brilliant. Feel like I can contact them bad get an appointment and don't feel like anything is too much.
Several Different Doctors and all on the ball

I have different medical conditions, which are managed by Drs with specialisms in those areas. It can be difficult getting an appointment but there is always call back or online. There have been issues with repeat prescriptions but after I made an online complaint, this was resolved. I have also spoken to several receptionists and found them to be helpful and compassionate. During a family trauma last year - everyone was helpful and the GPs worked with us to bring things back to an even Keel.
