This care company is a load of rubbish

They never listen to their clients, their needs, wishes and care about their routine. Once they get you settled and used to a carer they take them away and put on new, young and inexperienced carers. They don't care how it affects the user as long as they getting paid. Don't get me wrong some of the established carers are brilliant and are used by the company as a front to settle and establish clients but again removed once they got you. We've had numerous ongoing issues with them from the beginning which has been over a year and a half now and I can honestly say things have never got better only worse. When you really need them to pull through they still mess everything up even with verbal and written instruction all over the house. Even social services have intervened and had firm words about their unacceptable behaviour but the company is not bothered and is continuing their disgusting usual habits.
Every aspect of this company is poor and I would definitely not recommend this company to anyone with vulnerable family members.
I feel sorry for those vulnerable people who are with this company and have no one to voice their concerns for them as goodness only knows how they are treated. We are with our family member and are dealing with so much rubbish from this company.

Were happy with the service during 2024. We are very satisfied with the carers we have. They are supportive and have often been more than generous during difficult phases and times of crisis. Whenever I have to contact the office (including out of hours) I have always received prompt attention or if necessary had a representative call me back in due course.

Prefer the same carers

Most of the time it's the same carers at lunch and evening. They are helpful and caring. The last two weeks however I have had new carers each time and that does not help as I have to explain everything so I would prefer the same carers except in emergencies to make it more conducive to my care.

All carers are excellent. I am happy with all the excellent carers. No concerns, they are all good as gold. Always nice and polite.
