Overall a good service.

The service is good. The directions are easy but a bit of confusion with parking. Utilities are fine. Overall the service is fine, the staff are lovely and polite.
Never had an issue in 25 years.

I have been using the facility for 25 years and haven't had any issues with them. The hospital car park could be improved to open up more parking spaces for cars.

Surgical procedure on my right arm

I had operation on my right arm on Friday 27th October. From out patients, to pre op, surgical team and everyone who looked after me. Brilliant care and was kept well informed at all times. Fantastic hospital. A very big thanks to everyone .
All treatment is done very well.

Very good. They always seem quiet. I have steroid injections and nerve blocking injections. I have COPD so I cant have anaesthetic so I have the injections but all is done very well.

I had my knee replacement surgery here and it is a wonderful hospital with amazing staff.
Support and aftercare was excellent.

My dad had his hip replacement done over here and the support and aftercare was excellent.
I was referred and seen quickly.

Very good. I was referred onto them quickly. They saw me quickly and did x-rays and I am waiting for a follow up and hopefully some physiotherapy.
Staff are friendly and polite

From the time you walk in the staff are friendly and polite. You can ask questions anytime. The surgeon and consultant are always polite and ask questions. You cannot fault them. The staff and service is very good including the x-ray department.
Parking is horrendous but they are good.

Parking is horrendous and the directions to a parking space wasn't obvious. Previously everything was well explained and clear what was happening. There was a delayed appointment and been waiting since April. When they did see me it was good. I thank the national health service for all they do.
