Referred here from the QE

They were okay. I was referred onto them after my fall from the QE. They said I would need to be seen and assessed at the Satellite clinic for further appointments.
They don't give good advice

When they asked us to go last week. We waited and they said I needed seamless socks but I can't walk as my feet are curled in. I don't think they give good advice.
Everybody is absolutely wonderful

I have been here three times before and everybody here is absolutely wonderful. All staff are really good. I have been to different hospitals and this is the best one. I don't worry about the parking as I come by taxi.
A good experience for the last 8 years

I have been coming here for the last 8 years for physio and different treatments. Parking has always been hard here. I always get a lift due to this. Appointments are efficient. They give you all the information earlier than the appointment time. I've only ever had one cancellation but it was rescheduled within 3 weeks. All staff are friendly and helpful. It's easy to navigate. The staff at the front door helps me to navigate around. Apart from the parking all of my experience is good here
Polite and helpful staff

Today the parking was okay. Most of the time parking is chaos. I am here with my daughter. She had some cancellations due to broken equipment before. The waiting times are good. It's not long. All of the staff are polite and helpful.
The hospital is okay but rubbish parking.

The hospital is okay. The parking is rubbish but it's such an old building. I guess they don't have the space to build something bigger. The staff are okay. Getting around is okay. They just need to sort that parking out.
Treated like royalty

It was fine but I found the car park gates confusing but I worked it out. I had an MRI scan and had not long had a c section and they treated me like royalty. They were mindful and helpful.
Referred quickly

I have been before and it's all been fine. It didn't take too long for the referral which was done over Christmas for the appointment to come today. I have been impressed so far.
A really quick referral for another opinion.

All okay and a really quick referral. It took a couple of months. They organised an MRI scan for the morning and booked a same day appointment to talk through the results. I've not had much communication as I've been treated at Manchester and Wigan and this is just another opinion from another specialist. They've cancelled short notice which can be a pain when you're having to book time off but otherwise they send text and emails.
Waiting over 2 hours to see the consultant

I have been here since 9:00am this morning. I'm fed up now. I've been waiting over 2 hours for an oncology appointment with the consultant. I got here and went straight for an MRI and that was all which was brilliant but I've been waiting ages now. I just want to go. No one has told me anything. It's just frustrating.
