It was really very quick

Chest X rays - GP referred me over to them. It was really very quick, took 6 weeks, not bad in comparison to other people.

Polyp removed from the noise, no pricking good surgeon. Well informed etc. they did a brilliant job. I was in and out quite quickly.
All seems ok

Had spine and pelvis scans at hospital. All seems ok and under control, no concerns with the hospital. Nurses are very nice and friendly.

Have been given an appointment for April which they had put back from March. But they have kept me updated and contacted about changes.

2 appointments at the hospital - great. Didn’t have to pay for parking. Staff was great and efficient.

Very good, they do the operation there. Always been day surgery but it’s well organized. Parking is hit and miss.

Easy to navigate around the hospital

Staff were lovely, easy to find and easy to navigate around the hospital. Parking was fine. They were bang on for appointment the appointment times, It’s a long distance to go from us so thankfully we don’t have to go too often.

Very nice very good, it was excellent. They give good care. It was just a regular appointment I went to. They communicate well and sent letters about the appointment a couple of weeks before hand. It was really easy to find when I got there.
Service was fine - easy to get around

They were fine, it was easy to get to and I can find my way around. They should have an A&E department/service there.
