Good and helpful staff

Most of the appointments are over the phone. The GPs are good and reception staff are helpful.
Refuses to give me medication

My GP surgery constantly refuses to prescribe my medication and to acknowledge my diagnoses and to help me access pain relief for my chronic pain condition because I'm only 21.

I got an appointment with them the same day. The GP told me to go back to the hospital.

They're alright. Sometimes I put my symptoms in online and then they say call 999. I had a swelling in my mouth but I knew it didn't need 999 so I went to the chemist instead. They need to fix that online form.

They listened to me

They're alright. I'm trans so they referred me to the gender clinic and said it could take 6 months but the referral came quicker than that. Been really good. The GP listened to me and been so so good.

Very helpful and kind GP who is always ready to help. The staff are very helpful and always try to accommodate the requests.
Appointments re health concerns

No problems when phoning surgery. Staff friendly. Able to see practitioner that day. Much better than my previous doctors. Repeat prescriptions dealt with very well. Have restored our confidence in NHS.
