There are no doctors and they do not answer

Totally unethical and downright insulting. There are no doctors and they do not answer phone calls. And you cannot make an appointment either. Very rude receptionist.

Impossible to speak to anyone

Trying to get through to surgery is near impossible. Left in a queue for so long you have to give up. Their online service is obismal. Repeat prescriptions are never send down from surgery on time and when you do get through to surgery they are so unhelpful it's beyond belief!

It has poor customer service

I don’t go here myself however I’m a carer and my citizens do, my parents do and my nan and the customers service is beyond dreadful, it is a very incompetent surgery with rude staff

Difficult to get an appointment

Not being able to get GP appointment when very much in pain. Even after taking myself of to walk-in centre, no blood test can be done without any doctor’s referral, so it was back on forth.
