Made to feel I was wasting their time

I found the doctors were patronising
Made me feel uncomfortable
She barely checked me over correctly and was rushing through it and said I need to eat fruit and veg I don't know why she said that when I do anyway I felt as she was judging me and my 6 year old turned around and told her I do I had banana yesterday but I felt very uncomfortable and felt though I was wasting her time didn't feel helpful at all was also waiting for almost an hour

Got sent far from where I live

I was sent by 111 to the UTC nowhere near where I live. They booked me in where the clinician was working after calling me. It used to be local but now they're sending you to the other side of Birmingham.
Sent all over the place

I called them about 5PM and they said they had no appointments and to call 111. So I called them and they sent us there. We were then sent to the QE.
They prescribed me medication

They called around 7PM and I described my symptoms over the phone. They prescribed my medication and sent the prescription to the late night pharmacy too.

Everything was arranged by NHS 111. We just went at the time and were seen straight away by a wonderful GP.

I called them directly and they decide if they see you or not or they send you to A&E. The care there has been good.

The GP was very good and listened to my concerns. They explained the medical issue in a very simple way and provided medication.
