Very helpful doctors

I had to wait for a couple of hours but the doctors were very helpful.
Got sent far from where I live

I was sent by 111 to the UTC nowhere near where I live. They booked me in where the clinician was working after calling me. It used to be local but now they're sending you to the other side of Birmingham.
Sent all over the place

I called them about 5PM and they said they had no appointments and to call 111. So I called them and they sent us there. We were then sent to the QE.
They prescribed me medication

They called around 7PM and I described my symptoms over the phone. They prescribed my medication and sent the prescription to the late night pharmacy too.
Seen by a wonderful GP

Everything was arranged by NHS 111. We just went at the time and were seen straight away by a wonderful GP.
Care is good.

I called them directly and they decide if they see you or not or they send you to A&E. The care there has been good.
GPs that listen.

The GP was very good and listened to my concerns. They explained the medical issue in a very simple way and provided medication.

Excellent support

NHS 111 sorted an emergency appointment for us. We were seen here within 2 hours. Staff are very helpful and provided excellent support.
Good but not the same as using your own GP

It's not the same going to the walk in as I want to see my own GP as they know my history but its too far to get to so looking at changing my GP. The staff are good here but it's just not the same as going to your own GP.
